HR Business Partner (m/f/d) MSD is a global health care leader. We are looking to welcome you as an HR Business Partner to join our team in Burgwedel (near Hannover) on a permanent full‑time basis. Responsibilities Support key stakeholders in implementing the organization’s strategic direction, focusing on relevant KPIs. Provide strategic and day‑to‑day HR support on topics such as engagement, culture change, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention, compensation/rewards and organizational design. Oversee strategic HR topics in close collaboration with HR Centers, ensuring local processes for performance management, compensation & benefits, retention, talent management and succession planning align with global corporate standards. Advise managers on labor law and work with the Works Council on modern company regulations. Draw up works council agreements to create a modern, competitive working environment. Accompany change processes to promote an engaged, high‑performing corporate culture. Qualifications Business administration or related studies; or experience equivalent. Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner in an international matrix environment, capable of operating independently. Coaching‑oriented HR approach with strong stakeholder management skills. Deep expertise in German labor law, collective agreements, and experience working with works councils. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluency in German and English required. Willingness to travel up to 25 % and ability to manage multiple projects to successful delivery. Business orientation, analytical skills, and proven ability to influence at all levels.
