Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, processes, and employee experience Act as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness Ensure compliance with German employment laws and regulations Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organisational culture
