🔧 Your Mission
We are currently supporting a well-established industrial group in southwest Germany in their search for an experienced Interim Process Project Manager. This role will play a key part in managing new construction and modernization projects as part of a strategic transformation focused on sustainable, future-proof production infrastructure.
📝 Key Responsibilities
* Project management for the implementation of investment measures in plant construction
* Planning of process engineering systems in close collaboration with operators and the involved technical departments
* Preparation of related documentation (P&ID diagrams, pipeline isometries)
* Layout and pipeline planning
* Sizing and calculation of media systems (gas, steam, and water systems)
* Preparation of inquiries and/or service specifications
* Project costing including quality, schedule, and cost monitoring
* Specialist support, construction coordination
* Ensuring occupational safety measures on construction sites
* Execution and monitoring of plant commissioning
🎯 Your Profile
* Degree in Process Engineering or related technical discipline
* Several years of professional experience in industrial or plant project management
* Strong project planning and execution skills in complex technical environments
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, and Windows systems
* Structured and independent working style with a hands-on approach
* Confident communicator with assertiveness and decision-making ability
* Flexible and adaptable to dynamic project demands and timelines
* Fluency in German is a must, English is a plus
