As Advanced Quality Manager (m/f/d) you will drive the Advanced Quality Culture across the EMEA region by leading quality activities for new product and process launches as well as change management.
Your work will follow automotive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology, Clarios' Power D3 launch process, and IATF 16949 standards.
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the development of your direct reports through targeted feedback, coaching and structured development planning.
What you will do Lead a team of Advanced Quality Engineers in EMEA, supporting successful product and process launches across the region.
Guide and support your team by overcoming roadblocks and exceeding expectations.
Ensure appropriate staffing for all active SDTs in collaboration with Program Management and Quality leadership.
Secure the necessary training and support for your team in the Power D3 launch process, customer-specific requirements, and key quality tools such as FMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and PPAP/PPA.
Drive the professional growth of your team through structured development planning and regular feedback.
