1. Define and manage global product strategies, including lifecycle, portfolio development, pricing, and long-term direction.
2. Drive international product line and application strategies, adapting to regional market needs.
3. Lead and prioritize development projects in close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
4. Plan, coordinate, and execute global product launches that deliver measurable business impact.
5. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitors to guide innovation.
6. Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation to strengthen product success.
Your Profile / Qualifications

7. Proven Product Management experience, ideally within hygienic pumps, fluid handling, or hygienic process technology.
8. Strong industry knowledge in food & beverage, dairy, and/or pharmaceutical processing.
9. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain.
10. Independent, structured, and hands-on, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
11. Business-fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with high willingness to travel internationally.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP / SAP CRM.
