Our client is a medical device company focused on developing products to treat and transform the lives of patients suffering from venous diseases. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an Associate Account Manager - North Germany to join their team.
The post holder will be responsible for the introduction, market development and therapy development of the company's technologies. They will initiate and manage relations with physicians alongside creating impeccable KOLs relationships within Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology and Vascular Surgery, ensuring that all key stakeholders are fully aware of their technologies. They work both individually and collaboratively with Marketing and Management to achieve targeted goals across their geographical remit. The position requires extensive travel throughout the geography and, periodically, international regions, reporting directly to the Country Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's technologies, competitor offerings and become an expert in the space.
* Manage sales in your area.
* Facilitate and organise training for all hospital stakeholders (clinicians and nursing staff) to ensure safe and effective use of the company's products
* Ensure that the end-to-end experience utilising the company's products engenders the highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Manage the scenario where the vast majority of cases in your area are proctored and the support of physicians is ‘best in class’.
* Strategic development and implementation of business plans to maximise the footprint of company's technologies
* Provide regular reports and keep impeccable records within an agreed framework
* Develop presentations skills and deliver to all key stakeholders routinely
* Continually strive to build the reputation of the company and be a permanent and consistent ambassador and therapy evangelist for the company.
* Hold a reputation of offering exemplary customer service at all times.
* Flawless ethical conduct and reporting of adverse events in line with the company's official protocols.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, scientific or business specialty; or be able to demonstrate a personal IQ and EQ to be able to be successful in this arena.
* A proven track record of developing therapies and sales within a challenging, competitive and technical environment.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare systems within your geography.
* Although knowledge of the sector is of interest, it is not paramount as the company provides technical and clinical training at the highest level.
