Beschreibung

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing international sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across your region. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and program management teams to ensure customer needs are met from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Manage and grow relationships with existing airline and OEM customers worldwide.
Develop sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time project execution.
Provide market feedback, competitive analysis, and regional insights to management.
Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Fluent in German and English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Mandarin) are an asset.
Efficiency with MS Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
