Position Overview -
NBK is a leading provider of architectural terracotta façade systems operating in a project-driven, international environment. The business serves architects and contractors globally and operates production out of Emmerich, with additional finance and operational presence in Portugal and the United States. NBK Ceramics is part of the Hunter Douglas Group, a global leader in building products, and provides customizable terracotta facade systems used by architects and builders worldwide.
The customers of our façade products have high demands on quality and service. Our employees (m/f) are the key to our success. We are looking for a Buyer (m/f/d) to join our team based in Emmerich am Rhein, district of Kleve.

Key Responsibilities -
* Preparing and issuing purchase orders in coordination with department leads
* Independently handling order entries for warehouse-managed materials
* Monitoring delivery schedules and maintaining data in SAP (dates, pricing, materials)
* Performing invoice checks
* Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
* Additional procurement-related tasks as needed
About You -
You will thrive in this role if you bring a proactive mindset, reliability, and a desire for collaborative, trust-based work. Our preferred candidate offers:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in purchasing, plus at least 2 years of professional experience
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution capabilities
* A confident, professional manner and strong negotiation skills
* Good written and spoken English
* A structured, independent, and forward-thinking approach to work
