The Cooperative Association Bayern e. V. (GVB) has been representing the interests of Bavarian cooperatives for 130 years. Your activities
* Professional support and technical responsibility for our document management system (DMS) and our e-signature solution
* Further development of the systems as part of projects with the specialist departments and external partners
* Responsibility for on-time, on-budget and high-quality planning and implementation
* Support in the digitalization of internal business processes - from idea to implementation
* Recording, analysis and documentation of technical requirements in close coordination with the specialist departments
* Collaboration in internal GVB IT projects, particularly in the context of digital applications
Your profile
* Completed IT-related training (e.g. IT specialist) or a degree in an IT-related field (e.g. business informatics)
* Experience in dealing with document management systems, e-signature solutions or digital workflow solutions desirable
* Sound project management experience
* Understanding of IT processes and interest in digital products
* Good analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility in day-to-day business
* Fluency in written and spoken German
