You'll lead the end-to-end onboarding customer experience across voice and chat interfaces, making decisions that directly impact how customers discover and engage with consumer AI technology. A day in the life As a Senior Product Manager in the Alexa International Growth team, you will start your day reviewing onboarding performance metrics across international markets, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and science teams to refine LLM-powered conversational flows, ensuring they resonate with customers across diverse cultures and languages. Your afternoons may involve running A/B experiment reviews, aligning with country leads on localisation priorities, or presenting onboarding insights to senior leadership.
