You will directly contribute to our sustainable growth and strengthen our position as a leader in the commercial compressor and HVAC industry.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will:Shape and lead strategic manufacturing projects, from defining the scope and objectives to ensuring they align with our global business goals.Orchestrate all project phases, from planning resources and coordinating critical activities to proactively resolving issues to keep everything on track.Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring we meet our deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards.Act as a central point of communication, providing clear and consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels and ensuring everyone is aligned.Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future initiatives.What We're Looking ForA proven track record of successfully managing production localization or manufacturing transfer projects from start to finish.A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Strong project management skills, ideally supported by a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Business fluency in English is essential.
