AufgabenAs a HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for all employees and managers up to and including Group Lead level on all HR-related matters. From the outset, you will take on responsibility for day-to-day HR operations – including the active development of our recruitment processes.
Your responsibilities
- Advising and supporting employees and managers up to and including Group Lead level throughout the entire employee lifecycle – across all departments
- Independently managing recruitment processes from identifying needs through to contract conclusion, including active sourcing and collaboration with external partners
- Further developing and optimising our recruitment processes (time-to-hire, candidate experience, structured interview guidelines, recruitment reporting) and contributing to our employer branding strategy
- Independent implementation and further development of our BEM procedures in accordance with §167 Abs. 2 SGB IX – including preparation, facilitation and documentation of meetings, as well as coordination with affected employees, managers, the company doctor and, where applicable, the Integration Office
- Support for individual HR measures, performance reviews, conflict situations and change processes
- Handling employment law matters in close consultation with the Director of People & Culture
- Contributing to HR projects (including performance management, remuneration structures, the EU Pay Transparency Directive and staff development)
- Drafting employment references, contractual documents and HR correspondence to a high linguistic standard
Profil- A degree with a specialisation in human resources, business psychology, business law or a comparable qualification
- Initial relevant professional experience in HR (approx. 1–2 years), ideally in a manufacturing, regulated or fast-growing environment
- Practical experience in recruitment;
- initial experience with BEM procedures is a definite plus
- Solid knowledge of German labour and social security law (in particular the AGG, BetrVG, SGB IX, EntgFG and DSGVO)
- A structured, independent approach to work with a hands-on mentality and a strong focus on finding solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a confident manner – even in challenging situations
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office; experience with HRIS systems (rexx) is an advantage
- Native-level German (C2) is essential; good English is preferable
