We are recruiting for LGV Driver’s in our York Distribution Centre. We have two opportunities, both working on 9-month fixed term contracts.

Your impact
* Safely and efficiently operate HGV vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while adhering to delivery schedules
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure roadworthiness
* Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
* Loading and unloading goods
* Completing paperwork and documentation
* Ensuring that all necessary safety regulations are followed
Your ingredients for success
* Full HGV C+E (class1) licence – preferably clean
* Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
* Strong knowledge of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
* Excellent geographical knowledge and ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and other navigation tools
* Ability to effectively navigate common IT systems, applications, and platforms
