What You Will Do Product & UX/UI Efforts : Conduct usability assessments and contribute to UI/UX design reviews to refine workflows and screen designs. Work closely with our UX/UI Designer. UX Awareness : Understand what makes a good user experience and identify areas for improvement. You don’t need to be a designer but will help bridge the gap between engineering and UX. Collaborate Closely with the Team : Work hand-in-hand with the tech, design, product teams to switch tasks efficiently and prioritize what matters most. Support Product Maintenance and Development : Contribute to dashboard concepts, ongoing software improvements, and contract-related features—help shape our product for the long-term. Communication Hub : Collect feedback, triage bug reports, and create clear tickets for the engineering team. Strong communication is key. What Makes You a Great Fit Genuine interest in renewable energy and willingness to dig into technical details. Experience or strong interest in UI/UX principles, usability testing, and design critique, even if primarily self-taught or from academic projects. Excellent communication abilities in German (C1) and English (C1). You’re confident talking to multiple stakeholders. You have a product mindset, understand the customer’s perspective, and anticipate issues before they arise. You are excited about clean energy, unafraid to speak up to solve problems and working in a collaborative team that values learning and ownership.
