This role focuses on: Owning day-to-day client communication Translating brand objectives into clear internal briefs Keeping projects organised, aligned and moving forward Budgeting, capacity planning and timeline control Leading and aligning cross-functional creative teams to ensure consistent brand execution This role is ideal for someone experienced in brand or event agencies who thrives in clarity, structure and collaboration. This is not a spatial design or production lead role. You are the structured bridge between client and agency team. Your profile Key Responsibilities Client & Brand Management Be the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable internal briefs Ensure alignment between client expectations and agency output Prepare meeting agendas, follow-ups, and presentations Maintain a strong understanding of brand positioning and retail context across projects Act as a structured and reliable partner to both client and internal teams Project Coordination Support project leads in planning timelines and deliverables Track progress across creative, spatial, and production teams Ensure internal teams have the information they need Anticipate bottlenecks and flag risks early Maintain clear documentation and structured communication across departments Financial Oversight Create budgets and support cost monitoring Assist with scope management and change requests Prepare cost overviews and status updates Maintain budget transparency and support capacity planning Pitches & Growth Support proposal development and presentations Help maintain long-term client relationships Identify opportunities for account growth Contribute structured input during pitch processes and early project scoping Skills & Experiences 5–8 years of experience in project management within a creative, brand, retail, or event agency Strong client communication skills and confidence in structured stakeholder management Solid understanding of brand-driven and experiential projects, ideally within retail or activation environments Comfortable working alongside creative, spatial, and production teams Experience tracking budgets, scopes, and timelines Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset Calm under pressure and solution-focused Fluent in English (German a plus) Nice to have: Experience in spatial or retail activation projects Familiarity with project management and AI productivity tools Why us?
