Project Director (Data Centre Construction)

We’re working with a leading contractor delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Europe, the UK, and Ireland.
They’re looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager ready to step into a Project Director role — someone who is already operating at that level on site, even if the title hasn’t caught up yet.
This isn’t a “wait 2 years and maybe” move. It’s a live step-up position on a major programme.
The Role
* Lead delivery of large-scale data centre projects or campus phases
* Full ownership of programme, commercial performance, and client interface
* Oversee CSA and/or MEP packages depending on your background
* Build and lead project teams across multiple workstreams
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and execution
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering data centre projects in Europe, UK, or Ireland
* Currently operating as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent
* Strong stakeholder management — client-facing experience is key
* Ability to drive programme, not just report on it
* Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams on complex builds
