* About this opportunity
Responsible for overseeing quality control processes, the Quality Manager will work collaboratively with the construction team, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure conformance, meeting the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment by collaborating closely with construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations stakeholders.
o Address quality issues and ensure necessary modifications are made to keep to budget, schedule, and scope for improved project delivery.
o Agree to a quality audit plan
o Execute project audits and ensure audit goals are met.
o Consolidate, analyze, and reports key audit data regularly to ensure compliance and conformance.
o Identify areas for improvement and use disciplined problem-solving techniques to implement and correct/prevent non-conformance. Improve process control through improved process capability and error-proofing.
o Document, aggregate, and report audit results, issues, lessons learned, and recommendations for corrective actions.
o Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing non-conformance and audit outcomes in a clear and accessible manner.
o Analyze and evaluate quality metrics of construction projects.
o Provide data-driven insights to support process adherence and conformance.
o Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction and quality.
o Continuously improve quality control procedures and protocols for region-wide change management.
o Identify opportunities for process efficiencies within the audit and quality control workflow.
o Provide training and support to stakeholders on quality control processes, specifications, and best practices.
o Remaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager.

* Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
o Experience in construction quality management, commissioning expertise, quality control testing, preferably in data center or industrial construction.
o Proficient in using Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM (building information modeling), Bluebeam, and construction software tools as needed.
o Proficient in using data analytics and internal reporting tools, such as PowerBI, Compass Cx and other
statistical inference tools.
o Ability to handle and interpret large amounts of information and confidential information.
o Analytical skills.
o Ability to integrate with teams.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Eligible to work in Germany.
o Professional level of English. German is a plus.
Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
