In the rapidly evolving landscape of modern mobility and transport services, a significant challenge lies in seamlessly integrating the elements of automotive OEM infrastructure with diverse services of external partners.
Luxoft will develop a Cloud platform to exchange, integrate and process data from and to the vehicle, the Mobileye SDS backend, and the MaaS System. The AWS-based solution will be designed by reviewing and improving the current concept in close cooperation with the client and further stakeholders to identify, manage and document the requirements.

Responsibilities
As a Backend Project manager /Owner within the Connected vehicle, you will support to define system Epics/Features that apply to the system as a whole and on key subparts of the system.
You will be leading work around Feature architecture, design and documentation of Epics and Features. Furthermore, you will also support and coach the teams to follow Epics/Features and decisions taken on their daily work.
The role also involving supporting Product/Feature owners to consolidate system requirements into Epics/Features.
Skills
Must have:
Cloud Solutions Experience: Proven experience working on high-scale cloud solutions projects.
Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business
Project Management: Proven experience in project management.
Risk Management: Proactive in identifying and managing risks.
Negotiation skills
including but not limited to conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision making
Leadership skills
including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, and training abilities.
Agile practitioner having extensive experience with Agile Methodologies ( Scrum, SAFe etc)
Proactive Attitude: A proactive mindset, taking ownership and responsibility for one's work.
Self-Organization: High level of self-organization with a strong willingness to address process chaos and untangle complexities.
German language C1/C2
Nice to have
Well versed in software planning methodologies
Knowledge in AUTOSAR, AGL, Automotive SPICE, Safety (ISO26262) compliance
