For our location in Bingen am Rhein (DE) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our plant management team as Production Manager (all genders) : YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing smooth production processes (fruit wine production, service business) at the Bingen site, with optimal use of available resources Together with the plant management, you will ensure efficient personnel and budget planning in production Work closely with our QM Manager and sales department to continue to ensure compliance with all internal, customer-specific, and legal quality guidelines in production Take the lead in identifying, developing, and implementing projects to optimize production, products, quality, energy, and environmental performance YOUR BACKGROUND: Successfully completed training in liquid food production ( cellar master, winemaker, brewer, beverage technologist) or comparable technical training Professional experience in plant/production management and leadership experience with a focus on production, ideally in the food & beverage or FMCG industry, is required Very good technical understanding of food processing High social competence and leadership skills Hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach to work Audit experience, sensory analysis, and SAP knowledge are an advantage Very good German and English skills YOUR BENEFITS: An exciting and varied position in an internationally active company with an open corporate culture is waiting for you!
