* An MSc or PhD in chemistry, catalysis, chemical engineering, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related field
* Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and distinct networking competencies
* Able to convince and influence with a strong customer focus and eagerness to learn the technical aspects of the catalyst business
* Flexibility to work predominantly from home office
