<p>With innovative solutions, our global IT team, Endress+Hauser InfoServe, ensures that our corporate group can rely on seamlessly functioning IT. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager & Agile Coach. In this role, you will take ownership of IT projects in the area of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Product Information Management (PIM), while also supporting agile teams as a coach and facilitator. You will contribute to our ongoing S/4HANA transformation and help drive continuous improvement across teams and processes. The position will be based in Freiburg im Breisgau</p>

<p><strong>Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:</strong></p>

<li>You lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, and quality)</li>
<li>You gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories</li>
<li>You coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies</li>
<li>You support agile teams by facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments</li>
<li>You monitor progress, risks, and issues, and define mitigation measures</li>
<li>You ensure quality through structured reviews, testing, and approvals</li>
<li>You communicate transparently with stakeholders and support decision-making</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Your qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have a degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Management, or a comparable qualification</li>
<li> You bring strong project management experience (planning, execution, delivery), ideally in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>You have experience working in agile environments. Experience with JIRA or Planview is an advantage</li>
<li>You enjoy working hands-on and close to the content</li>
<li>You are strong in collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution</li>
<li>You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>You think analytically and work with KPIs</li>
<li>You have a high level of ownership and self-organization</li>
<li>You are fluent in German and English</li>
