We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in Business Analytics and Technical Project Management to lead the discovery, assessment, and prioritization of problems and opportunities within our Fraud Risk domain.
Perfect for someone with a strong analytical background, prior experience as fraud risk expert, excellent stakeholder management, and a solid foundation in product management practices.
Identify, analyze, document, and prioritize complex problems within the fraud risk domain, collaborating closely with stakeholders (Fraud Steering managers, Fraud Analytics, Data Science).
Technical project management: Drive solution definition, manage dependencies, and coordinate delivery timelines in collaboration with cross-functional product managers and engineering teams.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful outcomes.
Support product management teams by providing detailed business requirements, prioritization frameworks, and strategic context for solution delivery.
Solid experience as a Fraud Management Expert, Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or similar role, preferably within fintech or banking industries.
Confidence working with structured and unstructured data to inform prioritization and solution design and rollout.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating projects across diverse teams and departments.
Understanding of product management principles, including roadmap management, requirements definition, and prioritization.
