CVS engineering GmbH manufactures compressors and vacuum pumps specifically designed for mobile applications (primarily in trucks, railways, and buses).

Your role
The purpose of an operative buyer is to execute the day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services needed for the company's operations.
To succeed, you will need
1. You will be responsible for purchasing of assigned product groups and services
2. You will manage the full purchase order process, from initial request to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
3. You will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance
4. You will monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock rotation
5. You will resolve day-to-day issues, identifying potential shortages, and taking preventative action to ensure smooth operations
6. You will Communicat with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous operation
7. You will escalate issues related to delivery discrepancies, quality problems, and other supply chain challenges
8. You will work collaboratively within the Procurement Team to understand and support business strategy
