Your tasks
10. Management, promotion and further development of a highly qualified cleanroom team
11. Disciplinary and technical management of foremen, including training, coaching and skills development
12. Planning, organization and implementation of induction, training and further education
13. Ensuring all hygiene specifications, quality guidelines and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDR)
14. Responsibility for a smooth flow of information, regular employee appraisals and performance feedback
15. Analysis and continuous optimization of production processes (efficiency, quality, compliance)
16. Ongoing reporting on production status, challenges and potential for improvement
Your profile
17. Completed scientific studies (e.g. M.Eng., M.Sc.) or technical training with further training as a technician/master craftsman
18. Solid knowledge in the field of cleanrooms
19. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, production methods and quality standards in the medical technology environment (MDR, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820)
20. Management experience in industrial production
21. Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge an advantage
22. Business fluent in German and English
23. High level of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team, organizational strength and hands-on mentality
