To support our Academy team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a full-time (40 hours) position with immediate effect.
Tasks that let you grow
* In your position as (Junior) E-Learning / Product Manager LMS, you will support the ongoing relaunch project for the academy's learning management system (LMS).
* You will contribute to implementing the gamification concept within the LMS (design, testing, optimization) and assist with dashboards.
* In addition, you will be responsible for processing configuration settings in a holistic manner, coordinating requirements with the country teams, and ensuring a harmonized implementation.
* You will take ownership of renaming navigation points and system texts in all languages.
Your profile, that inspires us
* You can demonstrate at least one year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
* Ideally, you have experience administering a learning management system and are familiar with working with a service provider.
* In addition to your hands-on mentality, you are known for your attention to detail, and your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
