Your Tasks
* Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Customer Fulfillment ecosystem
* Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes
* Drive product roadmap development and strategic planning across multiple sub-products
* Mentor a team of product managers
* Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders
* Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering, and business units
* Guide product development from conception through launch and beyond
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction
* Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across the portfolios
Your Profile
* Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Informatics or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
* Proven track record in product management with scaled agile organizations, preferably in omni-channel retail environment
* Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams
* Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
* Impact-oriented and a “Get things done” mentality
* Very good English skills, German is a plus
