WEALINS is recruiting a Product Manager to join our Innovation, Product development and Project management team.
Your tasks :
Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of products (including updates triggered by market intelligence, regulatory watch, etc.)
Support the launch process and coordinate product "green light" approvals, including product activation and deactivation
Define product specifications based on business needs analysis and feasibility assessments, and obtain managerial validation
Prepare pre-contractual and contractual documentation based on input from cross-functional teams
Maintain a comprehensive repository of all product-related documentation, ensuring it is up to date and properly validated
Ensure proper documentation of product development processes
Communicate internally on product activations and deactivations
Guarantee overall product quality throughout the lifecycle
Participate in product feasibility studies in collaboration with key stakeholders
Test and validate (pre-)contractual documents alongside Business Analysts
Contribute to the identification of new market and product development opportunities in collaboration with other departments
Support the definition of product commercial features in close collaboration with Sales teams and Senior Product Managers
Identify regulatory and technical requirements related to products and submit them for managerial validation
Participate in Product Oversight and Governance (POG) activities with relevant stakeholders
Your profile :
You have a higher education degree (Master's level) in finance, economics, business management, or a related field.
You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, especially in life insurance products, demonstrating your deep industry knowledge.
You have project and product management expertise, positioning you as a leader in driving initiatives to success.
You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
You master financial modeling tools and techniques to evaluate product profitability and optimize pricing strategies.
You are autonomous and capable of working in a team in an international environment, balancing independence with collaboration.
You have knowledge of life insurance regulations and laws to ensure product and sales process compliance.
You are proactive and have the ability to be a driving force for proposals, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
