What you will do Lead and manage international transactions and projects across all phases – from target screening to post-merger integration Build and apply advanced financial models to assess potential investment opportunities and synergy potential Analyze and evaluate financial statements of potential targets, assessing economic position, profitability, and future cash flow potential Lead due diligence and risk assessment processes in collaboration with internal teams and external experts (advisors, legal, financial, etc.) Conduct market analyses and identify strategic acquisition opportunities to support long-term, sustainable growth Negotiate and close transactions while navigating regulatory and industry-specific requirements Manage complex investment and operational projects, coordinating with external stakeholders and local partners Support the integration and operational steering of acquired businesses Perform ad-hoc analyses for both ongoing projects and subsidiaries to improve operational performance Ihr Profil University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline Several years of professional experience in Investment, M&A, Business Development, or Project Management Strong background in financial modeling, company valuation, and due diligence Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a passion for complex projects Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage Warum wir?
