Tasks Help shape savings targets, report regularly on the degree of achievement and take responsibility for this Initiate and ensure that savings initiatives are successful Lead assigned categories (focused but not limited to: Fleet & Logistics, Financial Services, Real Estate) on a global level and define global category strategy incorporating local specifics Ensure alignment of strategies with demand owners and internal stakeholders and implement of corresponding initiatives on a global and local level Responsible for strategic & tactical procurement processes Requirements Experience in the independent implementation of savings targets and regular reporting on achievement Able and willing to prioritize initiatives Able and willing to think and act globally and economically, beyond the boundaries of own category to represent the interests of the group Experience in (Co-) designing / giving input within category strategy development Able to identify potential synergies / economies of scale across categories Strong communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation skills Broad analytical and conceptual skills Project management Conflict management Proven professional experience Extensive procurement experience University graduate degree in business or technical studies Multilingual (English mandatory) Benefits A dynamic, international and supportive management team in a fast-growing, innovative company Modern working environment, a stimulating atmosphere with professional and motivated employees
