Responsibilities
IT Marketing
1. Develop and implement creative, targeted marketing campaigns for IT software services and the company as an employer (employer branding).
2. Create and maintain corporate presentations as well as content for the website, social media, videos, webinars, newsletters, and intranet.
3. Develop content and materials (leaflets or brochures) for IT services such as SAP solutions, IT security, and cloud services as part of pre-sales activities.
4. Plan, execute, and follow up on internal and external marketing events, including participation in trade fairs and tech events (e.g., DSAG) and company events.
5. Collaborate with internal tech teams to create case studies, whitepapers, and reference projects.
6. Conduct market and competitor analyses to improve campaigns and strategic positioning.
IT Sales, Pre-Sales & CRM Management
7. Implement sales strategies to acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding existing business relationships.
8. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and supplier portals of enterprise clients, particularly in the DACH region.
9. Contribute to public tenders: Analyze requirements and coordinate tender documentation. Develop proposals and ensure timely submission. Communicate with partners and authorities.
10. Maintain and optimize the internal CRM system to record and analyze client and sales data while training and supporting team members in its effective use.
11. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and company goals.
Your Profile
12. A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, IT, or a comparable qualification.
13. Professional experience in sales, marketing, or pre-sales, ideally in IT or consulting.
14. Solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel, experience with prompt engineering, and affinity for tools like Canva, ChatGPT, WordPress or WIX, CRM platforms, and HubSpot.
15. Creativity and technical understanding to convey complex software topics clearly and convincingly.
16. Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills combined with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
17. Initiative, independence, and proactivity in developing new ideas.
18. Fluent German and English skills. Both languages are mandatory.
