TXT E‑Tech, part of TXT Group, is seeking new professionals to lead high‑tech projects and programs in Germany. The environment is structured and regulated with an Aerospace/Defence component, where governance, planning, and control are decisive levers for success. We are looking for people with a big‑picture vision, pragmatism, and the ability to manage complexity, collaborating with technical and managerial stakeholders in international, cross‑functional environments.
What you will do
In your day‑to‑day, you will move across program and project management, keeping one eye on execution and one on strategy:
Plan and control schedule, cost, resources, and quality, engaging teams around clear objectives.
Keep a close pulse on projects through KPIs, milestones, risks, and opportunities, with proactive monitoring.
Provide decision‑making support with structured analyses and reports, ensuring alignment between objectives and performance.
Manage stakeholder management (internal/external), facilitating communication, priorities, and trade‑offs.
Strengthen Project/Program Management processes and tools, and support performance improvement, change management, and governance.
In short, you will lead initiatives across the entire project lifecycle, bringing structure, cadence, and measurable results.
Who we’re looking for
We are interested in Middle (3–5 years) profiles with experience in Project / Program / Operations Management. Experience and confidence in Aerospace, Defence, industrial, or highly regulated contexts are a strong plus.

Tools & methodologies
Confidence with MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Confluence, and the Google Workspace / MS Office suites. Knowledge of key methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile, Scrum) and the ability to choose the most effective approach for the context.
Education & languages
Degree, Bachelor’s certificate, Master’s.
Degree in Engineering/STEM, Economics, Management, Aerospace, or related fields.
Good command of English; knowledge of German will be considered a plus.
