As part of our Consumer Team, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects. Lead the development and growth of our customer segmentation capabilities as part of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), by delivering high-quality customer insights to empower internal stakeholders to personalize the customer experience across all Delivery Hero brands. Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the generation of customer insights in CDP, aligned with business goals and customer needs. Gather requirements from a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their targeting needs and translate them into product features and capabilities. Prioritize work so your team is always delivering on the most impactful projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science, to ensure successful product delivery. Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the content in CDP, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. Manage expectations of stakeholders and be transparent on progress and priorities.
