Your tasks
10. Responsibly manages and leads complex R&D projects with high risk potential and/or strategic impact by taking on tasks and coaching at the SAFe multi-team level (iterative development model) according to mQMS core processes and the D&D framework.
11. Ensures the achievement of results (including product results, budget, time) for a complex team or program, and defines the direction and "features" for the team/program in line with business and customer needs (customers can be internal or external).
12. Is responsible for product development from "sprints" and "increments", and approves them taking into account the program goals.
13. Coordinate program results with other relevant or dependent Program Product Owners, if necessary.
Your profile
14. Master's degree with many years of professional experience in the development of diagnostic solutions or a PhD in biochemistry or a related field.
15. Experience in the technical management of matrix organizations
16. Experience in assay development or the development of in-vitro diagnostic solutions is essential.
17. Fluent English skills (project documentation, team/project team sometimes only speaks English)
18. Strong scientific, analytical and problem-solving skills
19. Strong stakeholder and project management skills
20. Ability to delegate tasks while maintaining responsibility
21. Knowledge of dependency management and coordination with cross-functional teams
