Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our medical robotics and humanoid applications business unit. This is a strategic role requiring entrepreneurial drive, technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with engineering and sales teams to shape the roadmap for the next five years.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop product, market, and sales strategies for servo motors and drive systems in robotics
2. Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities
3. Define product roadmaps and plan future developments
4. Translate customer needs into user stories and technical requirements
5. Maintain technical documentation, data sheets, and pricing structures
6. Assume cost responsibility for assigned products
7. Deliver product presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams
Qualifications
8. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
9. 5-10 years of experience in product management, ideally in drives or robotics
10. Strong technical understanding of motors, gears, actuators, and drive controls
11. Sales-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive
12. Analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach
13. Fluent in German and English
14. Passion for drive technology and robotics
