Excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an international construction consultancy in their data centre division.
Location: Frankfurt
Salary: €80,000 – 100,000
Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Construction Consultancy who are looking to expand their Project Management Team in Frankfurt focusing on data centre projects.
A Project Manager is responsible for managing a project covering the entire Leitungsphasen 1-9. Projects could also include Industrial and Office projects.
Day-to-day duties could include:
* Manging entire project lifecycle, from design to construction
* Coordinating with internal and external teams
* Cost, quality and time management
* Assisting in the preparation of contract documents
* Risk Management
* Reporting to management / Clients
* Coordinating sub-contracts on site
Requirements for the role:
* Higher qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 3-5+ years previous professional experience a Project Manager or Site Manager, ideally in Data Centre projects
* Legal knowledge of VOB
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* German and English fluent – written and spoken
* Driving license class B
