About Inuru
Inuru is an advanced materials and electronics company pioneering printed OLED light films for next-generation applications across packaging, wearables, consumer electronics, and interactive surfaces. Our technology sits at the intersection of materials science, electronics, and industrial printing.
We are transitioning from pilot-scale innovation into disciplined, high-yield manufacturing. To lead this transformation, we are hiring a Production Manager who will take full ownership of OLED production and build a world-class manufacturing operation.
Tasks
The Role
As Production Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end OLED production system — from raw materials through finished light films. This role combines operational leadership, process engineering, and data-driven production control.
You will serve as the operational backbone between R&D, procurement, engineering, and production, turning cutting-edge technology into a stable, scalable, and auditable manufacturing process.
What You Will Own
Production & Delivery
Plan, schedule, and execute OLED production in line with customer demand and internal forecasts
Ensure consistent on-time, in-spec delivery of OLED batches
Materials, Resources & Capacity
Calculate material demand across all OLED components (inks, substrates, electrodes, encapsulation, electronics, etc.)
Manage inventory, safety stocks, and supplier coordination
Plan machine usage, tooling, and staffing to meet throughput and yield targets
Yield, Data & Process Control
Monitor yields, scrap, and throughput at every production step
Identify loss points and process instabilities
Define, track, and act on KPIs (yield, output, downtime, defect rates)
Process Engineering & Scale-Up
Design, standardize, and continuously improve production workflows
Reduce variation, improve reproducibility, and increase capacity
Convert R&D processes into stable, manufacturable operations
SOPs, Quality & Compliance
Build and maintain SOPs, production manuals, and quality procedures
Ensure full traceability of materials, batches, and process parameters
Align operations with GMP and ISO requirements and support audits
Facility & Line Organization
Organize the production floor to professional manufacturing standards
Define material flow, workstations, cleanliness, and visual controls
Create a disciplined, efficient, and safe manufacturing environment
Requirements
Who You Are
You are a manufacturing leader who thrives in complex, high-technology production environments.
You bring:
Ideally hands-on experience in OLED, semiconductor, electronics, thin-film, or advanced manufacturing
A strong background and proven track record in production planning, yield management, and industrial operations
The ability to analyze multi-variable process dependencies and turn data into operational decisions
Experience building SOPs, workflows, and production systems from the ground up
The mindset to move seamlessly between spreadsheets, machines, and people on the shop floor
The ability to perform under pressure in resource-constrained, fast-moving environments
Benefits
What You Get
A leadership role at the heart of a breakthrough OLED manufacturing platform
Full ownership of a unique, high-value production operation
Direct influence on product quality, cost, and scalability
A rare opportunity to turn frontier technology into industrial reality
