The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
* Lead and optimize the entire robot project process, including project initiation, scheduling, progress tracking, resource coordination, and final delivery.
* Organize multi-departmental collaboration and coordinate with R&D, testing, and other teams to ensure a high degree of consistency between customer needs, solutions, and delivery schedules.
* Manage project plans and risks, organize project meetings, phase reviews, and milestone acceptance to ensure delivery quality.
* Communicate effectively with customers, translating their needs into feasible solutions.
* Guide customer needs and help them understand robot products.
* Participate in company product presentations and training, and be able to skillfully explain products and solutions to customers.
Qualifications
* 2-3 years of project manager experience.
* Overseas study background in Europe or America; English proficiency sufficient for the work language.
* Familiarity with robotics, empathic intelligence, and AI-related technologies.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flexible problem-solving abilities.
