We have a new opportunity in Berlin for a consultative and collaborative Client Partner Manager to lead a high-performing and client-facing sales team. As a leader in our Strategic Accounts organisation, your proven record of building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, collaboration, and coaching high performers will ensure success for our customers and business in this region. Proven expertise within the performance marketing industry and beyond is ideal.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Client Partners to achieve their best work within our Strategic Accounts business.
* Drive long-term business and revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of clients and categories in DACH and CEE, including E-commerce, Omnichannel, Travel, Food & Beverage, Health & Fitness, and more.
* Collaborate with your platform specialist partner to develop and implement the short and long term business strategy for the team.
* Meet with key customers to strengthen senior relationships and support/add value to the wider partnership with Apple Ads.
* Actively coach and provide feedback to the team to continually improve performance and results.
* Engage with senior leaders within Apple Ads to instigate and report on the progress of go-to-market initiatives.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
* Obsess over the customer experience, be a proactive and positive agent for change and continually strive for excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven success in leading, coaching, and motivating top-performing sales teams.
* Strategic leader with experience in a growing sales organisation within a cross-functional environment.
* Digital media experience across online, app, search, video, and display platforms, with a focus on both brand and performance marketing for DACH and/or CEE-based brands and developers within the aforementioned categories.
* Skilled in building relationships and trust, both internally and with customers — providing direction, oversight, and professional development.
* Knowledgeable and capable of using data for compelling storytelling.
* Successful in selling to senior executives and cultivating strong relationships.
* Committed to customer experience, capable of strategic positioning to a diverse subset of clients and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluency in German (in addition to English) is required.
