Responsibilities
1. Lead the full lifecycle of digital projects, from developing business cases and project plans to managing timelines and budgets
2. Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, resources, and external solution providers to ensure project milestones are met
3. Actively manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and change management activities to drive project success and user adoption
4. Oversee or conduct system implementation, testing, and training sessions as needed
5. Research and assess emerging technologies (, AI, machine learning, automation) to identify new opportunities for improving procurement processes.
6. Align potential solutions with the overall digital strategy and technical architecture of the Roche IT environment.
7. Collaborate effectively with internal teams across the organization, including D2P ART (Demand-to-Pay), other

9. Partner with external solution providers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions
Profile
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
11. Experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or IT projects within procurement
12. Proven track record of managing projects with a digitalization focus or enterprise software solutions
13. Strong understanding of procurement processes and the digital tools that support them
14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
15. Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies (, Scrum, Kanban)
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
