Aufgaben:
* Lead and support after-sales projects across the company's product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.
* Collaborate closely with service partners, sales representatives and end customers to continuously enhance and optimize the after-sales service offering.
* Work in close coordination with the local service manager to ensure effective support during the launch of new service initiatives, including planning and execution of all relevant activities.
* Monitor and validate all prerequisites and essential steps required for the successful rollout of each program, ensuring readiness prior to go-live.
* Oversee program timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
* Participate actively in all testing procedures to ensure thorough and effective validation processes.
* Lead the transfer and implementation of processes within the sales units, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Qualifikationen:
* Extensive experience in project management
* Solid professional experience in after sales, service coordination or technical customer support
* Strong command of the English language
* Willingness to travel in accordance with business requirements
* Experience in working with data analytics platforms, ideally with Qlik Sense
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
