Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Ethernet Switch Design (Industrial / Railway Systems)

Location: Neckartenzlingen, Germany (Hybrid- Must willing to travel to Stuttgart when needed)
Role:
We’re looking for a senior technical profile with hands-on experience in industrial Ethernet switch development to drive the execution of next-generation products.
This is not a pure Product Owner role. You’ll take real technical ownership, translating needs into requirements and coordinating hardware, firmware, and system teams across Germany and offshore locations.
Must-Have:
* Strong hands-on experience with Ethernet switch design (industrial or railway context)
* Background in hardware / embedded systems development
* Experience working with industrial Ethernet switches (managed or unmanaged)
* Exposure to certification and standards (e.g. EN 50155, CE, FCC, UL)
* Understanding of real-world constraints:
* Thermal & power design
* Product variants & industrialization
* Cost / BOM / Design-to-CoGS
* Proven ability to coordinate and lead technical teams
* Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments
* Fluent English: German is a strong plus
