Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all pre-production activities for film music orchestra concerts. Secure suitable venues for concerts, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed. Liaise with venue staff and management to ensure smooth logistics and operations. Organize and manage concert schedules, including rehearsals, sound checks, and performances. Manage budgeting and financial aspects of pre-production, including cost estimation and expense tracking. Handle logistics related to equipment, transportation, and accommodation for orchestra members. Troubleshoot any pre-production issues and provide solutions to ensure successful concerts.
Requirements: Proven experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment or music industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software. Knowledge of music industry practices and orchestral operations is a plus. Must be ready to go on tour with the orchestra if required.
