As a Product Owner Intern, you will support our Product Team in Darmstadt and collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, designers, and domain experts on our etaONE® platform. You will gain practical insights into agile product development, modern AI-supported workflows, and the daily work of a fast-growing tech company.
*Full-time Internship, Duration three months, Hybrid work (Darmstadt & Home)*
Tasks
* Support the Product Team in creating and refining user stories, backlog items, and feature descriptions
* Help structure customer feedback and internal requirements to identify product improvements
* Assist in agile meetings such as backlog refinements, sprint planning, and product demos
* Collaborate with developers, designers, and domain experts to clarify requirements and support implementation
* Maintain product documentation and support the preparation of roadmap and release materials
* Work with modern AI-supported tools to organize information and improve workflows
* Contribute your own ideas to improve usability, transparency, and product processes
Requirements
Must-have
* Currently enrolled in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
* Strong interest in product management, software development, and digital products
* Structured and reliable working style with good organizational skills
* Strong communication skills and willingness to work with different teams
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Nice-to-have
* First exposure to agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
* Initial experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
* Interest in AI-supported workflows, sustainability, or energy-related topics
* German language skills are a plus
