Your responsibilities: Support our HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities Assist in advising employees and managers on HR-related topics Prepare and consolidate key HR data into reports to support HR and management decisions Create presentations for various HR initiatives Take ownership of managing our Working Student Community Contribute to exciting HR projects and bring in your own ideas Your Profile You are enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field You are passionate about HR topics and eager to gain hands-on experience You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint You enjoy creating presentations and contributing new ideas You have some initial experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP) You speak German and English fluently You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner Team spirit and strong communication skills complete your profile At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
