Job Description
As a Senior Account Manager within the Acceptance VAS team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients across your allocated markets. Your focus will be on strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting Visa’s value-added services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with client executives to identify new opportunities, deliver client solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of Acceptance VAS clients, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Deliver multi-year client contracts and meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to support client retention and expansion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level client executives, promoting Visa’s solutions and influencing client strategies.
* Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Visa’s sales tools.
* Analyze client performance and identify business risks and growth opportunities.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
* Lead regular account reviews and provide clear reporting on progress against key performance indicators.
* Support sales enablement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in account management or business development within payments, financial services, or technology sectors.
* Strong track record of achieving revenue and sales targets through organic growth and upselling.
* Experience engaging with C-level executives and negotiating complex deals.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
* Excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills.
* Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Project management skills are an advantage.
* Willingness to travel as required
