Your tasks:
Your individual tasks include:
* Setting up and monitoring interlinked needle felt systems during ongoing production operations
* Material loading and booking using the SAP system and handheld scanners
* Carrying out setup processes and product changes in accordance with production specifications
* Initiating and carrying out simple repairs and maintenance to ensure plant availability
* Quality control of manufactured products
* Error detection and correction in accordance with operational regulations and quality specifications
* Computer-assisted documentation of production data and quality indicators
Your qualifications:
* Training as a textile machine operator or
* At least 1 year of professional experience in regularly performing the duties of a machine operator, ideally in carpet, mixed nonwoven, or nonwoven production
* Confident handling of plant control systems and the SAP system
* Strong quality awareness
* Technical understanding and manual dexterity for minor repair or setup work
* High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
* Willingness to work shifts and weekends
* Ability to work in a team
* Willingness to participate in further training through courses and instruction
