Our Breast & Skeletal Health Division is dedicated to offering a complete range of solutions that help healthcare professionals perform early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of breast and skeletal conditions. We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany. What You Can Expect: Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets. Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory issues in the breast and skeletal health market. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market intelligence and customer insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in regional and national trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Hologicu2019s products and brand awareness. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements. What We Expect: Previous sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of the medical devices market and the German healthcare system. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bacheloru2019s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. Why Join Hologic?
