In this role you are the responsible HRBP for the area ‘Business Support’, which includes IT, Finance, Legal & Compliance. Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to Group Directors and their leadership teams
2. Advise and support line managers on employee relations topics, including absence, performance, and contract changes
3. Lead People & Culture projects, ensuring clear objectives, aligned resources, and effective timeline
4. Oversee Talent Management across the full employee lifecycle and develop the learning and development plan based on business needs
5. Support Compensation & Benefits decisions aligned with market competitiveness, internal budgets, and governance
6. Strengthen leadership capability through feedback and coaching
7. Drive employee engagement activities and support action planning across functions
8. Deliver HR updates at team meetings, leadership meetings and town halls
9. Manage the full recruitment process for the client group, including hiring strategy, sourcing partners, interviews, salary negotiations, and cost control
10. Ensure accurate and timely issuance of employment contracts
11. Plan and implement training programs to support organizational capability building
Your profile
12. University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology
13. Solid HR Generalist experience or transferable experience in another function
14. Practical experience in an organisation operating in Germany
15. Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage
16. Experience with stakeholders in the area of Project Management is beneficial
17. Business‑savvy mindset with strong analytical thinking and adaptability
18. Passion for continuous improvement and driving change initiatives
19. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience
20. Ability to build strong, credible relationships within HR and across functions
21. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget
22. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
23. Living within a commutable distance to Düsseldorf
24. Willingness to travel to international sites
