Your Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning and implementation of new solar farm construction projects. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical project management for new solar developments.
Support technical procurement during construction, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance.
Evaluate projects for investment decisions and oversee plant layout reviews.
Conduct risk assessments and benchmarking analyses.
Independently manage tenders, negotiate EPC and component contracts, and oversee commissioning.
Identify and implement technical and cost optimization measures.
Commission, manage, and evaluate external expert reports.
Your Profile
Degree in electrical/environmental/industrial engineering or related field.
Experience in technical project management, preferably in solar or O&M.
Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); fluency in German and English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex projects.
Self-starter with strong initiative, teamwork orientation, and decision-making ability.
Willingness to travel occasionally for site inspections and commissioning.
