We seek an experienced professional to lead our electronic lock and access solutions team.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning of electronic locking systems and access solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. You will make informed decisions regarding hardware, software, or firmware procurement, always considering costs, quality, and time-to-market.
You will expertly manage a cross-functional team consisting of product management, development, and external service providers. Your organizational skills and communication abilities will serve as a liaison between business leadership, product management, development, purchasing, production, and sales.
Your responsibilities will include project control, budget management, resource planning, and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with several years of experience in project management, electronic lock and access solutions, and hardware, software, or firmware development.
Familiarity with safety technology, electronic locking systems, or access solutions is essential. You should be proficient in ERP and MS Office software.
A good command of German and English, both in writing and speaking, is necessary.
